I really can't comment on the effectiveness unless I go for bone scan. but at my age (50 +) I really need to boost up my calcium intake. and this seems to have some new formulae to enhance absorption. I trust this brand. and capsule is easier to swallow compared to tablet. doesn't cause constipation.

The package is double sealing, in very good condition. The capsule's size is easier to swallow. The capsule has a light smell but it is not bothering me to take it. I don't feel any strong taste. I hope this supplement will help me improve my calcium level.

Bought for this Bone-UP for my mom as it incorporates calcium and other micro-nutrients for bone health and density. The capsules are white in color and also the size of the capsule is normal. So far she is pleased with it as she didn't have any adverse effects or stomach upset taking this formula.
I was told by my health care practitioner to take the entire dose at night before bed. Might sound weird but i swear I can feel my bones sinking into relaxation after getting into bed when I take the full dose. She also told me to take it with 1000 mgs of vitamin C, which I do.
