Was very happy to find these on i-Herb. Cheaper than other places. I much prefer the plain flavor. Excellent at relieving bloat and general symptoms from too greasy food.

I love tums, they seriously saved me during my pregnancy. I haven't been able to find the mint ones in Israel for a long while and was so excited to find them here. The mint ones have a cooling effect which really helps with my acid reflux and I find that I usually only need one, which really helps because lord knows I love my hot sauce but my acid has many issues with that love. Tums also aren't as chalky as off brands tend to be, it grinds up very well, the benefits outweigh the little bit of chalk. Apparently it's a calcium supplement as well which is really great since I take it so often, especially while I'm pregnant since my normal acid medication can't be taken while pregnant.
