I highly recommend this product easy to take being a lozenges and help with ulcers in the mouth . Also supports the nervous system as heat destroys vit B 2
the stain they cause goes away within 20 mins even if you don't brush teeth. taste is very bitter but doable otf your not a baby. I personally think the amount per tablet is low otherwise it's a good supplement.
