I use it for anti cellulite wrapping. I mix a spoon of this clay with cinnamon and coffee ground(you can find the recipe in google) and for me it works well. A clay removes excess liquid and makes the skin soft and more even.

Size was much bigger than I had expected. Composition was also different that I had expected - it's powder and you need to mix it yourself to make a mask. This means it'll last longer, but also a bit more work to use it.

Good quality clay. doesn't have any bad ingredients with health risks. has very large amount that's enough for many uses, probably a few months. Great to use weekly when mixed with water. after washing the face feels clean but not dry. over time makes the face smooth with less blemishes.

The package was bigger than I expected. I bought this as a binder to help with detoxing. I'm hoping that it is gentle on my stomach and I'm able to use it to benefit my gut biome and help pull out toxins from a parasite cleanse protocol. This seems to be one of the recommended clean brands of bentonite clay. You've gotta be careful to the timing and doseage of this.
