Natural butyrate for my leaky gutA picture says a thousand words, they said. Regardless of that I'd still add my impression about this ghee when I used it for frying eggs, smear it on eggs, and mix it in coconut milk. Due to the hot weather in my tropical country, it arrived in liquid form with some grains which quickly melted into oil when I smeared it on top of my scrambled eggs. Later I stored it in fridge and it hardened as you can see in 3rd pic. Then I used one tbsp in my coconut milk. Always smell so heavenly, the mild buttery aroma, not heavy cow milk or weird fermented aroma like what I assumed after I read those negative reviews. Taste is also great, it's unlike tallow, I also used tallow from New Zealand grass-fed beef, that's also one of good option for cooking my eggs, but smell heavier than ghee, slightly cow meat aroma, greasier than ghee. I use tallow, schmaltz, ghee, and also duck fat for my Keto diet. Confused between clarified or cultured ghee, but my stomach is dairy-sensitive, so cultured then.
I usually purchase the “Organic Valley” brand due to the fact that it’s organic and I also loooove that it comes in glass jars not plastic. I was about to order my usual ghee but then I found that this brand had a lot of good reviews and got curious to try it. I ordered 2 jars and they tasted wonderful. We use ghee when we cook stews, they taste amazing with ghee. The packaging was good, there wasn’t any breakage or leakage. I just wish they come in glass jars instead of plastic. Oh and the size was very good for people who use ghee on a daily basis.
I bought it a while ago and it seems to be lasting a long time. I just add a little bit when I make something in a skillet like sauteing veg or making eggs. You can add it to your coffee or anything really. It's supposed to be really healthy, the taste is good and I would repurchase this particular product or brand. I use it instead of butter or oil sometimes.
This Ghee is of excellent quality and it tastes very nice . Personally I have gut issues, bloating , intermittent constipation . This ghee added to cooked gluten-free traditional oats gives me comfort . Besides I add this to black coffee to make it mellow a little. It has some amount of cholesterol, hence take it in small amounts 1 to 2 tea spoons or 1 tbs. This is an excellent product of high quality.
This is an excellent product with quality ingredients. The composition works well and the package is good. The benefits and great. There is an improvement in health and diet and I recommend it to anyone with a deficiency. There is no taste. I’d recommend using the product and enjoy the effect of good health
I started using ghee instead of butter a few months ago, because it apparently has more nutrients and because apparently people with lactose intolerance are able to tolerate it better compared to regular butter etc. I get slightly bloated when I consume dairy, and although it is nothing severe, I was still searching for alternatives. Firstly I feel like ghee has a much more natural milk
