I took unbiquinone (less bioavailable version) many years back, as an athlete, for boosting my endurance and stamina.
I repurchase CoQ10, this time in the form of Ubiquinol for heart function improvement - particularly as I experienced obvious precipitous and sharp decline in my endurance and stamina after my C19 vaccine (unfortunately - less than a week I suddenly near collapse while walking, and had to be sent to a clinic. I had to stopped all exercises for a few months and even then, was barely back to my usual self despite months).
I started taking this 1 month before I was to take my booster (when the booster was made mandatory), and was able to retain my progress in terms of ability to complete my strength workouts (no, I still cannot do long distance runs however) and experienced none of the effects I had previously with my two vaccine doses.
So, yeah, this is effective for the purpose I bought it for. I have since cut down to 100mg/day (same brand but lower dosage strength) at the I finished my 200mg capsule supply.
All in all, I’m happy with this product. (I’m not a doctor although I am in healthcare work - please do check with your doctor if you are intending to use it for any medical purposes)
