I take 2 pills before a heavy meal or one with more carbs, and I feel less guilty. I didn't do any blood sugar test, it has always been fine, but I am older now and want to take care of my health. I was told often as a kid that bitter melon reduces scarring, and I have very few scars, any from falling are very pale. I eat fresh bitter melon often as a stir-fry. mozzie bites don't give me any scars but I do see others with lots of mozzie bite mark scarring. I'm not sure about how true that is but I sure like my bitter melon!
