Bakuchiol works so well-I prefer it to low-strength Retinoids for my very sensitive skin/compromised skin barrier. i suffer from perioral dermatitis and psoriasis and bakuchiol has helped a lot. Skin looks brighter, smoother and more firm. Hero ingredient unlike hylauronic acid which breaks out my POD and dries out skin as it draws moitsure from the skin layer.
I think I’ve reviewed this product before, but in any case I do like how smooth this goes on. I start with this, let it dry then add my daily moisturizer, Malin and Goetz. I think this has helped smooth the texture of my skin as well as lighten spots caused by sun damage. It is lightly tinted but doesn’t really show on my skin. I also spread extra down my neck and on delicate skin on my upper chest.
I'm a bakuchiol user but first time to try Now brand. It's like a moisturizer in consistency. I use it everyday after my Vitamin C serum and before my sunscreen with moisturizer. I love the dewy effect. I discovered bakuchiol as retinol alternative during day time and compatible with any kind of serum
I heard about this product on a podcast saying that retinol products are not good for your skin. They recommended this serum and I am extremely pleased with the results! My dark spots have nearly disappeared and I find my skin looks and feels much more hydrated! Will definitely buy some more.!!!!
This is a high quality product and is much better than Retinol. I put it on at night and use Cell Food Gel as my "slubbing" agent to seal the Bakuchiol oil into my skin. The two together pretty much give you an overnight face lift. The Bakuchiol Oil helps to even out my complexion and get rid of pigmentation and dark spots from aging.
It might not seem like a lot of Bakuchiol, but it is likely more than products that do not list the percentage. This is an retinol alternative. I appreciate this brand. The product is gentle for those with sensitive skin and while I've not seen a dramatic firming or evening of skin tone yet ... I am hoping! The packaging is easy to use on all the Now products I've purchased (the pump doesn't not break).
great packaging keeps product airtight , i use twice a day and i haven't had any skin reactions so it is gentle on my skin but my skin isn't generally sensitive. it contains bakuchiol which is supposed to be an alternative to retinol, so if retinol is too strong for your skin maybe you can give this a try. it is a bit too early to tell effects on skin as i have only been using for a week now.
Bakuchiol is the one of my favorites in skin care. So I decided to try it. I don't expect what this serum will so good. I loving touch my skin after serum because I feel how my skin smooth and pump. No scent it's important for me. Good size for long time.
I found this Bakuchiol serum here on iherb after looking for a Bakuchiol product. The serum has nice consistancy and color, and is absorbed quickly into the skin, the scent is great. I use it daily, and I will likely buy it again in the future.
A week only and saw a difference. I wake up with clear and very soft skin. the scent is very light ,perfect for night application especially when used before bedtime and the quality is just perfect.
