Seems to be working. I take for a leaky gut so that my other supplements are actually absorbed and have effect. I haven’t experienced any negative side effects. It says to take on an empty stomach so that is sometimes hard for me to remember but I try to take it first thing in the morning while I’m doing some other things before breakfast.
This works really good. It has helped to control & tame down my acid reflux a lot. It's hard to find aloe that doesn't have citric acid in it as that irritates GERD & reflux so I am a happy camper. I take 2 a day in the morning. Sometimes 2 more @ night if it's bad.

This brand has a very long tradition in making natural supplements. The softgels are small, easy to swallow. They contain very concentrated aloe vera extract obtained from organic aloe vera.
