This is a very good form of magnesium. It’s very easily digestible. I was unable to get it on Amazon ( I guess their cargo ships were held off shore)! So I went to I Herb and received the magnesium ( and zinc) within 2 days!

By drinking this product regularly, I reduced fatigue and exhaustion. The results can be seen very quickly, even after three days. I recommend consuming it before dinner.
