This is my fav company on I-herb. Excellent product, good size, small size of caps, natural ingredients, minimal additives, good dosage. Packaging is fine, I reuse it. Absorption is quite good, after 3 months of taking this product 1 caps a day my D3 levels doubled, good achievement and good quality. Really recommend this product!!! excellent
Quality ingredients. That size of package in plastic bottle is perfect and you will get the best immunity effect in this dosage if you have D3 deficiency, without going to the sun. No after tastes and I recommend taking also K2 for better bone absorption . A must have, don't hesitate to buy it at this price, it is so cheap.
This 2000iu D3 once per day has raise my D3 from 70 to 98 in my blood test. It works great! The price is very reasonable and the gels are very small. I have tried another brand of D3. It didn’t work as good as this one. I take it with K2(MK7) as recommended by my doc for bone health.

I don't do the sun any more so I need to take a D3 supplement. I was taking a liquid, but quite a problem if you are traveling. This softgel is small, easy to swallow and take with you. My vitamin D level is perfect now, so it works. Great product.

This is the 2000IU package.I order both-1000IU and 2000IU- and in winter I prefer to use this one because I don`t spend much time in the open. One should be careful to not overdose with vit.D. Benefits are mainly for the bones,but vitD is recently spelt to be of great help for the immune system.
