BB536 is the probiotic strain that works best for me. I have tried various probiotics over the last 3 years and in the meantime changed diets a couple times. This particular strain has always done good to my microbiota. I need 10billions CFU almost daily to keep a perfect balance. Among the other advantages, it does not need refrigeration and it does not die in the gut (like most lactobacilli). Excellent price too.

Using it for Sibo as this strain of bacteria seems to help. Starting slowly and then will culture some yogurt with it to colonize them. They feed the Akkermansiam’s which helps heal the intestines and combats inflammation, Dysbiosis, obesity etc.

Great stuff, was much cheaper last year. This BB536 probiotic is the same as famous Align! brand but cheaper and has much more biliions of bacteria. Promotes growth of Akkermansia bacteria that is veryimportant.

When I travel abroad, I always take a probiotic with me to avoid diarrhea. If I can’t eat yogurt to take in probiotics, I take it from it. Good product, easy to swallow.

have yet to take this, but I love that it is room temp stable so I can be more assured it will reach me in intact condition. It is however still best to store it in fridge after you have received it to maintain potency till expiry.
