For quality and ingredients it is more than perfect. The dosage and pill size as one pill daily is also perfect. For taste, you smell and taste the lemon more than the fish oil but do not expect to nor feel the fish oil at all. This is my second purchase and I did not and will not find a more suitable omega 3 for pregnancy.
