Hot flushed used to be few hours each time. Almost 3 weeks of this supplement, I dont get the flushes on some days and if I do get them, its once a day n much less intense. Haven’t felt difference in the sleeping part though.

This works well, but i only gave it 4 stars because it's quite expensive for the number of tablets. Also, the size of the plastic bottle seems wasteful for the number of tablets, which are smaller than an aspirin. Instead of using them alone, i used them along with a soy supplement.

Have been taking this for a few months, helps with my hot flashes and night sweat. It takes time to see the effect, don't expect it to happen from the 1st bottle. The tablet is really tiny and easy to swallow.
