When taking the lactoferin I have noticed a boost of energy, that I did not have before. It is supposed to be great for oxygenating your blood, which in turn helps boost energy. I take this in conjunction with chloroxygen chlorophyll capsules. I switch up taking this every other day while taking the chloroxygen chlorophyll on the days I do not takelactoferin and they both seem to help with giving me a much needed boost of energy.

Thanks…This a first time purchase item for me. I actually needed it yesterday & Today for low hemoglobin levels to combat fatigue. It works after being in my system since earlier this morning. Honestly I’m hoping it will cause me not to have anymore tiredness or fatigue at all the longer I use it.

This stuff is amazing. I don’t need to take it daily. I take it PRN. I had a viral cold and it cleared it up in a day. I have been able to hold my bladder… I have felt so much better generally. I will always have this in my medicine cabinet.

The quality is great! However I didn’t to realize milk would be an ingredient, which had reacted to my lactose intolerance. In terms of the size they aren’t too big and easy to swallow. The dosage is 1 daily but I switched to 1 weekly. I haven’t seen any specific benefit yet but I make me secure in my health.

Ive been taking every day for its anemia & anti-cancer benefits.. also taking chlorophyll... can't say yet until my next bloodwork if its helping on the anemia front. However I did have a recent hemoglobin test and its vastly improved (unsure if that is due to the chlorophyll supplement or not) I open the capsules and pour the contents out (since I can't swallow pills) - its fine for me. Good tasting for me.

2 weeks in from taking this product. I noticed I'll get a bit bloated after about an hour. It's kindve to be expected considering it contains one ingredient of milk. Another thing is to watch what you eat before taking this so there's no negative interaction. That has happened to me once and it made my stomach hurt for a little while. Otherwise, I am using this to balance out my iron levels with a low dosage and I believe it is working so far.

I have not done my blood test yet, but based on my tiredness level (much less tired now), I believe it has helped raise my ferritin level. I also try to eat chicken liver 2-3 times per week. I take this supplement everyday with lunch, also when eating the liver.

I noticed a difference a few hours after taking this. I’ve been losing a lot of hair & my ferritin levels were low, so I ordered this on the advice of someone & so glad I did! I love Life Extension products & this one did NOT disappoint! I like the minimal ingredients & the size for the price is a good value! This is now on my “must have” supplements

Doctor recommended this as part of my iron chelation program to reduce iron in my tissues, and blood. Seems to be working (it takes months). This seems to be a pretty good brand and type of lactoferrin. Lactoferrin is considered to be a good anti microbial and anti viral. I am starting on one capsule per day with food, aiming to work up to 4 per day. I am getting herx/ detox symptoms at one per day, so taking it easy. Capsule is an average size, I guess if too big you could just open the capsule. Lactoferrin is quite interesting stuff! Natural. Good luck.

A bit pricey but it's a good quality supplement, it helps with candida and strengthens the immune system. I feel better when taking it, I'll try to take more for a longer time.
