I started taking it around 2 weeks ago and the results are already great. I have PCOS so I've always struggled with fatigue, stress, and low energy levels. I was scared at first to take a supplement with ashwagandha (it can increase testosterone levels), but it works fine for me now. I take two caps in the morning and I feel energized throughout the whole day. My stress response is now much better, my sleep has improved, and I generally have more energy and a better mood. The quality is great and the capsules are easy to swallow. It's a bit above the average price, but the results are worth it!

I’m really loving Adrenal Energy, although it’s only been a week of using it, I can already tell a difference, even with my weight which makes me suspect my adrenals may have been my problem all along with my weight, as I have exhibited many of the adrenal fatigue symptoms. The quality of this formula is very high, it's got the right standardised dosages and LE is a really good company. I bought it on offer otherwise I would not have tried it, and it surprised me. I felt I could manage deep anxiety and stressors a lot better day-to-day, which not all adaptogens have done for me. I take ashwaganda as a stand alone as well but i'd say this product is at least 3-4 times as good.
