Great for maintaining healthy blood sugar levels. My doctor said that I was Pre-Diabetic; so I started using this product; I also cut all sugar out of my diet. (That's hard to do as a LOT of products have some amount of sugar in them.) I'm doing the best I can by replacing all sugar with artificial sweeteners. The best one that I heard of is sucralose , for blood sugar.
