I snapped my ankle ligaments several years ago, and although I had it mended I still have pain in that site. I believe the patches might work, but they don’t stay attached to the skin unless it is bandaged on.

These are great, I have had a really bad break on my left leg so my right has had to compensate these recent months, which has flared up an old injury on my right knee. They feel great and don't make my skin react. I think they are great value for money, and are effective at giving pain relief. They come in a pack of 5 so order a couple, the size & package is good, I change mine each night after my shower or bath but you could do whatever frequency works for you. It was important to find the right composite & quality to ensure I could use them & get the full benefit. The scent wasn't of huge concern to me, just that I got relief whilst not reacting on my sensitive skin & these are great.

I use this patches for my dad, he gets strange face cramps, and this lidocaine patches work great because they deliver the substance and the efect lasts a while. They are big for his face, so I cut them and can use them for a long time. I will order them again.
