I have a very hard time juicing greens and digesting some of them as well. So I tried two different capsule products. Both contained about the same amount of superfoods, fruit and greens. The first gave me GI issues every single time, the biggest one of which is fatigue and inflammation. I tried taking just one capsule - and it still gave me the same side effects. Then I tried this product - almost the same ingredients, even broccoli and kale - which I can’t digest at all - and not only am I able to take the full dose with no issues, I can even take it twice daily when I’m doing a cleanse. Highly recommended!! ❤️
