I am just surprised that the effect of taking this powder is not favorable. I am bit constipated and my diet is more on fruits, veggies, seafood and soup. I used the other chlorophyll by Nature's Plus it was great result in an instant. My bowel movement was daily and normal. I hope good result and will have better effects on me after a month of use. Hoping.. DHL delivery takes long though for the shipping price, quite expensive!
