High quality ingredients, I love that their is a variety of fruits and vegetables included in each pouch, my 7 month old likes these and the best part about the gerber pouches is the soft silicon spout, very gentle on baby gums.

My 7.5 month old eats a pouch in one sitting. He holds them himself and eats directly from the pouch (started off by squeezing into a spoon). Can bring them anywhere, so less fuss involved. Lovely product.
