Oh, this is awesome! To sell cinnamon cut in chips - this is ingenious!!! Good quality green tea + cinnamon chips + boiling water = burst of aroma and flavor. To me there is no comparison with the powdered form, which would just sit on the surface & give out a taste which is too sharp.
