I have purchased several California Gold products now and I trust them. I use Passion Flower or Valerian when I need to settle down a bit or before bedtime. I also use their Saint Johns Wort. I have tried other Saint Johns Wort products and they do not work as well as this one for me.

At my age I was concerned about not getting the sleep I need but taking Valerian supplement has really helped. It's been a great benefit to me as my sleep has improved. I'm glad it doesn't have an after taste and it seems to be a good quality supplement.

I got these to have a good nights sleep and to fix my sleep cycle. These work for me within a hour of taking them. I don't feel tired when I wake up and usually stay asleep if my cats don't bother me. Try these if you cant sleep.

I have re-ordered this product due to its quality and efficacy and value. I have ordered other valerian products from iHerb. Now, this is my preferred valerian product. Delivery to Australia with the free Australia post was excellent. I have recently referred one of my gardening clients to iHerb as it is such good value.

It's good. The capsule are green colour from the cellulose. Make me sleepy? Not really. But it does help me sleep a bit better. Anxiety? A little bit of help with this. It does smell that velerian stinky smell but not by much. Will need more testing to see how it goes. But in the meantime it's alright.

Way better in quality, price and strength compared to what I can get close to home. I read that it says valerian tablets take several weeks to begin to take effect but already I feel a bit calmer.
