I had heard that Magnesium was good for sleep, so I have been taking two before bed and it's worked wonders! Side benefits that I wasn't anticipating is it helps balance hormones and curb cravings. It also seems to be helping with joint pain I've suffered with in my left leg/knee.
Started taking Magnesium as a supplement on the advice of a friend who notice my lack of spryness. After a week or so of taking these I am convinced that I had a magnesium deficiency because now I feel wonderful - sleep is better, I have more strength and stamina, and just overall wellness is improved.
California Gold is great Quality, I have been taking these for awhile now and have noticed I'm able to sleep 😴 better, Also I first started taking th ese Magnesium to see if it would help with muscle cramps and have noticed a considerable amount of difference. I was diagnosed with adrenal insufficiency back in the October 2021 and I used to 🧿*spit 3 times ajahaj*🧿 cope with tons of stress due to this; I could really start freaking out like crazy and get an insane, HORRIBLE anxiety just because I thought I could’ve been late to an appointment and also miss my stop on a bus. I can not say enought about the quality of California Gold. Chelated magnesium benefits you most. It is good for sleep. There is no taste. The mineral is good for muscles and joints. As always the package arrived promptly. The size and price is the best. The ingredients are what they should be.
Please do not discontinue this product. Why you are discontinuing your products before folinic acid was discontinued and now this one its a worth buying product. Taste is good even you can take it without water chewable. Good to blance hormones. Good source of minerals. improve sleep. improve muscles and joint pain. Nice packaging with lot of benefits.
I like the chelated form for it's bio-availability and will order again before this large bottle runs out. Product quality is important and my annoying nightly foot cramps disappeared within 15 minutes or so if I'd forgotten to take a couple tabs ahead of bedtime. The additional ingredients were listed clearly, all products in my order were well packaged and arrived quickly.
