I only use 3/4 of a scoop for general diet because I walk a lot for my job. I am not a body builder but I would recommend if you have back aches after exercising. I have tried several other brands and for the size you get, it is a bit expensive but that is what happens when you want clean ingredients in my opinion.
For now on I buy only this protein- usually unflavoured, but this time decided to take French vanilla. I like the texture, it completely blends with milk and you feel like drinking a milkshake. I usually take it after training. Easy to digest for me is very important that it’s grass fed whey protein isolate and contains 26g per portion. I prefer unflavoured as Vanilla is quite sweet to me. Definitely recommend this powder
Really clean , goes down with similar ease as water. The micro filtering has served this whey protein isolate well. Great if you’re lactose intolerant. Easy on digestive system. Albeit I’m not a huge fan of the taste . Could be improved ever so slightly , I’d advise replacing stevia with monk fruit. Good quality overall.
I like it very much especially because it is from grass-fed cows that are not treated with antibiotics and they use stevia as a sweetener
Best protein isolate quality if you are not a good eater, then protein shakes are essential I prefer to have it isolated, which means it’s gluten, lactose, fat, isolated
