I used this as I suffer from an exceptional dry mouth following surgery and radiotherapy. Ive also had surgery on lower lip meaning I cannot control it completely. Whilst chewing one starts to secrete alot of saliva and normally one would swallow or spit it out. I could not as it dribbles continuously. but works well in doing what it said it would do
