This is a light emulsion. Although it contains a high percentage of mint, it does not cool the skin much. The scent is also a mild mint. The emulsion has a silicone texture, spreads nicely and smoothes pores. It is absorbed immediately. It is a great base for makeup. I recommend for normal to oily skin. The packaging is large.
