The pack comes in 4 tubes, each tube is single use. The product feels like conditioner. The first time I used it, I left it on my hair for 5 minutes and I didn't notice any difference. So the next time I used it I left it on my hair for 15-20 minutes. My hair felt so soft, less frizzy, and more manageable after the shower. Definitely try it out but leave it on your hair for longer! And don't put it on your scalp, lengths only.
