Every time I get up from bed, I always have this dizziness due to my vertigo, but after taking this vitamins for several months now, I have observed that I only now felt like 5% of the dizziness and sometimes nothing at all. I have no science to prove it but I felt this has got something to do with the D3 included in this product. One more thing, I do not have that much mouth sores anymore. I can say that there is a significant dropped in my dizziness and mouth sores.
