Excellent base for a muffin mix. I've made two batches so far adding Choczero chocolate chips into the mix for a chocolate chip muffin. The taste is great, but it does have the coconut grittiness you'll find in the end result. We used a 12 count cupcake tray, so the size may have been a little smaller than their serving count. We ended up with 18 mini-muffins.
