Let’s see where should I start? I find that these bars and the taste is pretty fair. It’s not overly sweet and it does keep me full for a couple hrs which in my book makes it a MRP bar. The ingredients, quality and size of these bars are perfect for me. I throw a couple in my bag and I can have one after a workout! I also love that there is a decent amount of protein in these bars so they are perfect for my training regime!! These are 5 star bars in my book, I also like the small bits of nuts in each bite, not overly powerful like some bars. These are perfect for my keto way of eating when I need something quick.

This was the first time I had bought these and they were very good and a good size. Quality was very good and the price was reasonable, I will most likely buy this product again. The almond butter was very good too. If I was to change the product any, I think I would add a sugar free caramel. So you would get a chocolate, caramel, and almond butter bar. To me that sounds delish!!
