Bromelain is an proteolytic enzyme that is derived from the stem of pineapples. When taken in between meals, the anti-inflammatory properties of Bromelain may help to reduce pain, swelling, and stiffness in joints caused by inflammation. It may also help to reduce swollen sinuses, providing relief to people who have sinus infections. When taken with meals, Bromelain promotes digestive health by helping the body to digest proteins and absorb nutrients faster.
As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) tablet 3 to 4 times daily, with or in between meals or as directed by a health care professional.
Maltodextrin, vegetable cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, contains< 2% of: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid.
